Loneliness is a very modern epidemic.Progressive countries like United Kingdom and Japan has appointed Minister of Loneliness seeing the rampant increase of suicide and mental health issues.

We feel that we should be living a happy life like the people on social media and people on Web Series. But the reality is that Industrial Revolution forced the people to move out of their native town into unknown cities leaving behind their childhood friends and family roots, in search for the better life.

But the Industrial revolution never taught us how to make friends in these unknown cities.COVID has made things even more worse.

A Study Shows,Roughly 65% of study participants reported increased feelings of loneliness since the declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic.

This is why understanding Human Nature is even more important now than ever.

According to Bhagavad Gita, the Real Dharma of every Living entity is to Serve.

We Human Are built to serve. So no matter where we are, we can always find an opportunity to serve by volunteering for charities, joining spiritual group, sharing our knowledge on social media etc.

When you shift your focus from being lonely to serving people online or offline in your free time, that is when the magic happens. You meet people you never expected to meet and you make friends that brings the best out of you.

Serving is best cure to loneliness.
